TOPIC: Executive Presence Skills to Look, Sound, and Act Like a Leader!

During this session participants will learn how to increase self-confidence, build credibility, and inspire trust, strengthening impact and influence to produce improved results. Participants will learn ways to communicate effectively, both verbally and non-verbally, that will create the desired impression and minimize confusion or misinterpretation due to gender or cultural differences. Participants will learn strategies for managing difficult or challenging circumstances in order to remain calm and in control when the stakes are high and the heat is on. Practicing and using these skills will enable individuals to present themselves in a powerful way so they are seen as having strong leadership potential. Projecting executive presence can increase access to the opportunities and assignments necessary to achieve personal, professional and financial goals.
