I am hosting a night of questions and answers at my house with estate planning, trust and bankruptcy attorney, Chelsea Victor, Esq., from Lyons Colorado on June 5th at 6pm. Chelsea tells it like it is and is extremely knowledgeable.
This event has taken me at least two years of planning to convince Attorney Chelsea Victor to attend this informal event! So it is important to attend.
I am hosting this event because I feel strongly that these topics are so very important with vital information that we all need to know and you don’t need to spend a large amount of money to receive these answers.
**Bring your smart phone so you can tape some of the parts of interest. She talks very quickly!
Topics include: Banking questions, POD’s, POA’s, beneficiaries, responsibilities of an executor/executrix, What is a trust? What is a Special Needs Trust? How do you protect your home? What is probate? How do you avoid it? What is an estate? Do you need Long Term Care Insurance? What is the difference between Medicare and Medicaid? What is a Will? Do you need Life Insurance? How do you get rid of credit card debt? What is bankruptcy? These topics and so much more.
**So remember to BRING QUESTIONS WITH YOU!**
There is no food at this event, but I will serve coffee, tea, water and Pellegrino.
The cost to attend is $20 plus $1.00 PayPal fee paid in advance on my website.
